One of the sri lankan thief. Parts prices are too much higher comparatively . Sole honda distributer. . Prices are decided by Stafford. No competitors. 4 or 5 times higher than Indian parts price. Other Indian bikes parts are cheaper to compare honda parts from here.

If you want to get your bike serviced here please obtain an appointment atleast one week prior! Otherwise it’ll be fun ;-) Their service used to be pretty good, however it’s dropping day by day! Last week I took my bike to get it full serviced and all routine procedures were done as usual. I requested the supervisor to replace a muffler cover and it took 2.5 hours to get it ordered and fixed. Bike was serviced and parked until the cover is brought downstairs from the first floor. Unbelievable! The mechanic who serviced my bike wanted to help me so he stayed back without going for his lunch (thanks Kasun!) but the supervisors didn’t give a damn about it. They were walking pass me multiple times and they know I was waiting to get my bike back. They were so keen in picking their lunch packets. No regards to the customer! Finally the mechanic made his way to the store and brought the part and fixed my bike.

This is a place where you have to carry thousands of money to get a little thing for you vehicle! As the agent who imports Honda to Sri Lanka, such company should more concentrate to care their customers.. But they really do care only on money ! Shame on your management!

They have no idea of what they do when comes to bime repairs. 2 times they suggested to change a big part without repairing. It was a small repair when i check outside.

Good place to buy a Honda motorcycle. Very responsible. Getting the service done also very quick if you go with an appointment. Staff is very active. But they won't allow you to add other gadgets and hacks to the bike. They serve only with the original setup. But they won't mind if you fix them with a third party service provider. If you go for a service in the morning you should be there around 8.15. But by that time the shops with motorcycle spare parts are closed. So if you go for a service make sure you buy them at least the day before. You can buy the default spare parts related your vehicle from Stafford. But other things that doesn't come with your motorcycle have to be bought from the third parties. For example number plate holder. Also they have oil that are required for the service. They will charge you for them.

Good customer experience though the parts are quite on the high side but if you want to keep your Honda in tip top condition this is the best place in Sri Lanka. However, not everyone enjoys the sitting and waiting at launge.

Went for servicing my Honda motorcycle. For repairs and services you have two options. Option 1: Make an appointment over the phone in advance, and then take your motorcycle before 7:00 AM on the appointment date. Your motorcycle will be returned on the same day. They don't accept appointments for the evening. Option 2: Hand over your motorcycle in the evening. They will return it after servicing before 5:00 PM on the following day. In that case you will have to leave your motorcycle in the premises. I went for option 2 and there was no hassle.

Agent for Honda. Service is good. Prices are not that much high compared to other places. Its best to get a supervisors advice before you get into a conclusion about the service/problem with the car. The technologies/standards about the Honda vehicles are best with this place.

Last week I had my scooter for a service I wanted my battery to be checked but the staff have noted that my brake pads are week and they charged me an unnecessary charge and the problem was not fixed. Pls guys when you say about your bike and the staff writes the issue pls recheck the fault which he have written and pls be careful about the fault he writes about your bike
