Rented a small car in August 2017, very professional establishment. Car was very clean, well maintained. At first, I was looking for cars via ikman.lk, finally gave up and my friend recommended this place. Absolutely impressed by the service. I recommend this place and they had been the same. I am visiting Sri Lanka again in May 2018, plan to use the same place.

I have used Kings Rentals on several visits to Sri Lanka over the last 20 years and am pleased to find that the excellent service and customer care that was the hallmark of the founder, has been continued by his successor. My latest visit has included a trip to Nuwara Eliya and driver Dishantha has been the very model of punctuality, politeness and flexibility: combine this with very reasonable rates and I am a very happy customer. Thanks to everyone at Kings for helping to make this (and previous) visits so enjoyable.

The drivers are very polite and very accommodating
I changed my itinerary a couple of times and they didn’t make a big deal out of it.
They are also knowledgeable enough to recommend good stops while taking long drives.
The vehicles were comfortable and clean.

I have now come to Sri Lanka twice from Australia and my uncle Dr. Laith Liyanage booked me a car from your business. I just wanted to pass some extremely positive feedback and thanks for the 2 drivers I have received on both occasions.

1st time I came I had a driver I called Dimuthu , I called him uncle so I can’t remember his full name. It was my wedding and my wife and myself had a lot of running around in Colombo, I am so greatful for the expectional customer service provided to me by this driver, he was very friendly and nice man , who looked after both my wife and myself, his customer service was expectional and he went out of his way help us during this stressful time. He went out of his way and worked late into the night driving us around Colombo helping us organise our wedding, both my wife and myself are so greatful for his lovely service as if it was not for him it would have being very difficult for us to get everything organised.

2nd time I came to I came to Sri Lanka one month ago I had a young driver by the name of Chana, he also provided me with fantastic service, his client service was also expectional, the most important behaviour I want to call out and regonise about Chana is his ability to under promise and over deliver with his client service, when I told him to come at 9AM to pick me up he came at 7:30AM this showed me his commitment to his job and providing his client with a fantastic client expirence, he was a very reliable young man and I hope he has a bright future in your company. I thank him very much for his service and help.

I wish your company all the best and I hope you continue to develop and train drivers like the ones you have who can provide that great client expirence for their clients. I will be most definitely recommending your company to all my family and friends.

Mr. Duminda is such a responsible, expert, caring driver. His English is very good. He always arrived on time (usually before the appointed time). Our entire group was delighted with him and with the van.

My husband rented a car from kings rent a car for 2 weeks and the experience was excellent. The car was in excellent condition and communication was great. We sent a scan of my husband's international drivers permit and kings rent a car had it endorsed prior to us arriving in Sri Lanka. Picking up and dropping off the car was so easy and the staff were highly professional. A special thanks to Hasitha(an employee of kings rent a car) for making this experience pleasant. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend this company.

My experience with KRC goes a long way. More than 15 years, 2002 I would say. It has been always a pleasant experience. In few days I'll back in Colombo and have plans to rent from Kings.

Needed a comfortable, safe car to travel the island with my family. Communication with Kings Rent A Car was very quick and clear, car is in excellent condition just as advertised and for a more than reasonable price. King’s was very flexible with picking up the car as our plans changed a little. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back in the future if I need a vehicle again.

Kings car rental was extremely professional. They had someone from the company waiting for me at the airport, had me sign off on all of the damage that was made to the car when I got it. Overall just did a fabulous job. I was met at the same location after getting back to the airport and was very professional about the money exchange as well.

We had a car and a driver from Kings during the five days we spent on the island last month. Very got a new SUV and a very professional and knowledgeable driver who showed us around Sri Lanka.

Wanted a car to go up to the hills for 3 days. Got it dropped off at my location and picked up as well. Car was in great shape and did extremely well on fuel. All in all a very painless experience at a very reasonable price. Super service all round.

We took self driven car for 10 days.
A/C was not working
Car was very old
The driver who came to collect the car was very rude and the manager stopped picking up my phone while I called him for complaints. He did not reduce even single penny for this all problems.
It was very bad experience with kings rent a car.
I've heard that people of Sri Lanka is very good and peace loving and I actually felt it while I was in Sri Lanka but it was not the same in the case with kings rent a car. They are rude and arrogant.

Booking of the car and the pre-authorization on the International Driving Permit were made very easy thanks to the coordination done by Kings Cars.
On our travel date the car was ready at the air port (out pick up location) on time. The car was in immaculate condition. The pricing was charged exactly as confirmed earlier on email. The deposit amount was immediately refunded back to us upon returning the car at our chosen drop off location.

Overall excellent service provided and we enjoyed using the car.

I am renting cars from Kings twice every year over the last few years. So far I have no issues with a car or with the company. I deal with the manager Mr. Louis Carvalho and he is a very nice gentleman. He is always professional when dealing his clients. Collection and return at the airport is not a problem at all. I normally do a large number of kilometres every time. Highly recommended everyone who wants a quality car and a great service.

Hi, we rented (with Kings) Mitsubishi Montero Sport 2012 for 3 weeks of selfdrive around the island this August. The car was in a great shape (despite its 4 years of age), clean, and we had no issue or breakdown despite driving over 2000 km. All worked. Collection and return at the airport was timely and professional and both Louis Carvalho and his folks did great and precise job. I can 100% recommend.
