nice church. there are two churches one is new and other is old. the land area is big and you can buy all the stuff from the shop inside the premises. such as candles, books rosaries etc

Very sacred holy place. I've been visiting this church from the 90's ever since I came to Sri Lanka. There are two churches the one in the front is the old church and the one at the back in the new church. Which was built recently. Many devotees come there to pray to St Jude and ask favors. Very peaceful and nice environment situated around the church ⛪

A Roman Catholic church which is visited by many devotees from all over the country for worship and pilgrimage.
The original church which is still present is situated in a large estate with a calm environment. The impressive Shrine Church was built later just behind it to accomodate the large crowds who gather during festive seasons.
I've been to this church a couple of times and it certainly uplifts the spiritual wellbeing.
