It is most important heritage building that was belon to 17 century A.D. the heritage building has been bulit by the Iddamalgoda Basnayaka nilame (ඉද්දමල්ගොඩ බස්නායක නිලමේ) for the improvement of the Buddhist religion. How ever, the building was used for the important thing in the Buddhist religion. It is great value things in the Pallmdulla area. As well, it is inherent building in Srilanka.
