They are very very slow. Takes a long time to print a simple photocopy as the staff are distracted and looking in to each others work instead of concentrating on their task.
Unfortunately not many places that photocopy large size papers

Never again! It was my first visit to Soft Wave on Saturday 2nd December, 2017. CBA, my regular place waa closed. I wanted 5 photo copies of my birth certificate. I got 5 very dark coloured copies. I was told that he could not help it as the original was cream paper. I told him that if so he should have shown me the first copy before foolishly copying 5! He said nothing. Just asked me to pay. I did. To top it the cashier says in Sinhala , " you should know what you want" no appologies. What horrible staff and customer care.

Good place to get your printing needs done near thimbirigasyaye. Bit slow and expensive but quality work.

Did an excellent job printing a book I wanted. Service was excellent too, sent them a link to download the book as the size was too big to email. They had downloaded and kept the book printed and ready for collection within a couple of hours.
