Siri Vairagnana temple is located very closed to Maharagama town. The temple is very peceful and calm despite being located near main road. It is well maintained and lot of Budhdhist monks are learning and practicing meditation and budhdhist learnings in this institute. The temple is famous for its well deciplined Poya Day Sil Observing programs etc.

If you are a Buddhist you have most definitely been to many temples and you know how they can be sometimes. But, unlike some, this temple is perfectly well maintained and administered. Unlike most temples that are closer to the main road, the temple has a much calmer environment, though it being so closer to the city makes it easier to find and reach.
The temple has a great Sunday school with a many students and great teaching practice.
