Can find some quality stuff. If you're looking to bye audio related things don't waste your time in there. They stopped making audio items.

Very poor after sales service. Our refrigerator bought at Kollupitiya - Samsung Plaza is just one year old. They do not have spare parts.
Difficult to get them on phone. They will promise; but it will need 4, 5 reminders to arrange for their visit. Following up for last 9 months, since January 2017. In between they fixed something and charged 23,000/-; it's a waste. I am warning my friends on choosing Samsung Brand.response / report this review -

Purchased an air conditioner just over two years ago from this branch. It does not produce cool air. When called this centre (where I originally bought from) they promised to send an engineer but he never turned up. This happened a couple of times. Right now while typing this, I am trying their number for the second time (ringing no answer) because when I did get through the first time, the lady (Sakunthala) said that she'll transfer me to service department but after good 12 minutes I had to cut the line as no-one came to the line (I am calling from London). Well since no one is answering, I will have to try a different contact number now. Very sad to experience their poor after sales service.

Ordered an AC and they said they will install it before 4 or 5 days. But they did not.. the 6th day had to make sevreal calls to get it installed it on the morning and which they replied they have left premises and heading straight back to my place for installation but they did not show up.. when I called later again they said the installation guys are at some other work area. Still waiting for the installation guys to come while I'm writing this. Very poor after sales service

Service is good. Options for mobile phones are quite limited. Parking for around 5 vehicles is available.
