  Nine hearts Studio is taking 2 months of a time period to release my graduation photos! Their Hot line was never picked up. Poor customer service at all times.

  Went to take my babies photos but it’s horrible,, same old staff, nine hearts no growth at all, still I haven’t received my photos, went before awurudu, so disappointed,, no place to complain either will never go back to nine hearts again will never recommending for anyone. so very disappointed still waiting for my photos

  Very poor service, They don't live up to the promises they make. Even the Person who handles the queries over the phone is very unprofessional in giving feed backs.

  My postgraduate convocation photos were way below expected quality. Same applies to my brother's general convocation photos. Therefore I do not recommend this place. However, front desk is friendly and fast.

  Got my IDM convocation photos today. What a misleading service. they promoted framed photo images and sold only the printed photo. low quality print and lamination. Could have get printed on a nice frame with good color quality from Jamphoto or Seyacolor. can get a fine photo print from HP indego or canon Dreamlabo for less than half price from this.
  If 9hearts has your convocation photography rights, just get the soft copy and get it printed from somewhere else on a nice frame. even for the photo prints you can get lower price range.
