  Everything was amazing. The host was there to welcome us and you get good breakfast also. One can ask him any question about srilanka and he will be able to guide you.

  Very friendly.
  
  Clean and quiet room with private bathroom, hot shower, AC and breakfast included (Sri Lanka breakfast).
  Very close to Sigiriya rock (15 minutes by walk).
  Staff very friendly but their level of English is not ideal.

  Not good enough when compared against the rates. Water presure was very low in the bathroom. Showers were broken.
