Niluk's place is great for a family outing, also can book individual rooms. Nice, clean rooms with basic amenities. All main 3 rooms have small balconies facing lush Paddy fields, very scenic at sunrise.
It consists with two common areas upstairs and ground floor, TV lobby, kitchen. Niluk also provide bicycles to roam around. About 3km to the main scared Buddhist areas in Anuradhapura. About 600m to the main road. We stayed there during a family outing in Anuradhapura. This place can accommodate around 10 people. They also arrange a seperate place for our driver. Niluk is great host, we had excellent communication, replied promptly for all my quaries. We'll stay again here if we're around.response / report this review -

The owner does it upmost best to make you feel at home. Lovely garden and view. Nice terras on the first floor to chill in the evening. Great discovery of some local breakfasts tastes (if you ask). Bikes arranged on demand.

Stayed at this place during a family trip to Anuradhapura. We booked the entire house which can accommodate around 10-12 person.
It's a newly built house with clean spacious rooms. Couple of rooms having a nice view of green paddy fields. Bathrooms were also clean.
Really appreciate the hospitality from the owner niluk and his wife nadeeka and the manager.
They have arranged us the breakfast which was quite convenient for us.
Can recommend the place to anyone..
