We are very satisfied with our transactions with Serendivus, beginning with inquiries, next is planning and customizing our trip, up to the actual tour. No hassle to deal with. They've accommodated our requests. Price is reasonable - we availed half board accommodation and private tour for 4 nights and 5 days. We had a good time. Special thanks to our tour guide Mr. Sugath. Very punctual and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Serendivus.

Very friendly staff, they check into everything. Even if a traveller suddenly says of an issue they faced, they check everything and make sure that won't happen again or they will solve it. They also suggest the best places to visit by optimizing the trip.
