  Our driver Wimalasiri was extremely reliable, likable and friendly. He drove very safely and as addition showed and told us very interesting insights about Sri Lanka without being too talkative. The car was very OK, clean and with A/C. We found here a central and reliable base element for our first 4 days from Negombo to Nuwara Eliya.

  Terrible.
  The driver (who was very nice) was completely unprofessional. He showed up an hour late, and had not had much sleep; apparently this was due to a party he was at the night before as my friend later discovered. I am not entirely sure of the circumstances but I believe the company only told him late on in the evening. He then proceeded to almost fall asleep while driving so we ended up letting him sleep in the car for a couple of hours while we ate lunch etc.
  Also If you are going to use this service I implore get EVERYTHING in writing, because they will say you can pay in dollars then you won't be allowed, they'll say it is a 24/7 service then they will say the drivers aren't allowed to drive at night (when we asked to be taken back to the Villa at 8pm), they will agree a fee then retract that, basically if it is in writing you stand a chance but even then I had some things in writing over a message and they reneged on that too.
  Hopefully they either go out of business and no one else has to be put through this or they start to act like a professional company. There were a few more stories and much longer explanations for what happened including a car accident, but I don't have the patience at the moment to write it all out, so just heed my warning and do not hire them.

  ****NOTE- Folks, pls do timely check JNW FB reviews , they made fool latest of Saffiya and Franck, its the ditto same way like we had. In the end, there process is to report FB to block those users and they just keep good reviews users on FB. Like this, i can say high professional thiefs in tousim of SL. Never go with them, they may kill you in the middle of a highway if you dont pay them extra USDs.

  Abdul Azeez Wazeer from JNW is a highly unprofessional (with his so called 39 years of experience) and doesnt abide by his words. He just acts like a dictator to the customers and doesnt even hear anyone's grievances on a phone call. He thinks only he has the experience to fool customers.
  
  Please find attached my reciepts. I have a complete email chain where both parties agreed upon my 5 days SL tour with unlimited kms for total of 300 USD. In the end, driver Viraj (driver) and Abdul talked to each other and forcibly asked us to pay 120 USD more on the second last day. When our complete family showed the driver complete email chain of agreed terms and conditions, driver Viraj was asked to tell us that he wont take us further until we pay 120 USD.
  As we all 9 people were on family tour with 4 senior citizens on the van, we hereby had to pay this big amount other than what was agreed upon in agreement inorder to complete our last day tour.
  We all 9 had a very bad experience with such dictator JNW tours. Dont recommend to anyone !!
  
  Note : Customers who dont wish to pay 120USD extra on the agreed amount, please check multiple times before finalizing such tour with JNW.

  Abdul Azeez Wazeer from JNW is a highly unprofessional (with his so called 39 years of experience) and doesnt abide by his words. He just acts like a dictator to the customers and doesnt even hear anyone's grievances on a phone call. He thinks only he has the experience to fool customers.

  I rented car from airport and agreed on 2 payments. As soon as I submit my second part of the payment, next day driver just didn't show up and didn't pick up the phone. All day I used tuk tuk services and needed to pay additionally for that. Next day he came and his excuse was that his accommodation was too far from where I stayed and it was hard to come. I didn't want to argue and fight, because it's my vacation. But next time I will find another car rental.
  Otherwise, driver was helpful.

  Fantastic personal service - I have used JNW 6 times for trips to Sri Lanka and they provide great value and outstanding customer care. Nothing is too much problem and their drivers are both polite and make themselves available for all your needs without any hassle - highly recommended

  They cheated us.
  
  We hired a van with driver for four days with this company recommended by the lady who attended the information and tourism office of the airport in Colombo. Which leaves in very bad place to this office since this company deceived us.
  The contract was written without having anything to do with what we had talked about and shown in the planning with the route we had planned. When we realized it was impossible to solve it and the driver sticking to what we had in the contract.
  Firstly he told us that he gave us the transfer to Colombo since that first day did not compensate us to start paying since it cost only about 20 dollars and not the price that we were paying for an entire day. Evidently this was a lie.
  He also tried to exclude the expenses of the driver's lodging with the excuse that we only had to pay for it in a hotel since they had no concert with the hotel where we were staying. If we had not fallen for this we would have paid another 50 or 60 dollars to seniors for this concept.
  We had to pay an extra to not be thrown away or not to lose a hotel night hired.
  I do not recommend this company at all for its lack of seriousness and its ability to cheat.
