Slowest serving process I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. Very disappointed.
Very disappointed about the service. Staff in the Short Eats counter does not care about customers. They were like they are on a vacation while in the counter. They give their first priority to their own needs, and If they have some time to spare, they serve. I am not recommending this place for anyone.response / report this review -

Have more space to eat but crowded most of the times. Clenliness is bit of a problem. Food is good for a reasonable price. Staff is good.

Good bread and pastry products. Has good parking on the side and has inhouse dining facility. Could be cleaner than the current level.

Food quality dropped by the time. Few years ago this place is one of my favorite place. but now pretty disappointing, almost all same foot items for many years. no new variations of foods. I felt lack of interest to go . Guys please made delicious foods, there are always people willing to taste.

They have very big range of bakery items. Clean inner dining area. Hygienic facilities available for your convenience. it gets very busy on weekends. Most of the time you have to wait until your hunger get vanished. Overall, it's recommendable place for have meals if not crowded. Parking is available.

Food is ok, but the staff need more training on hospitality and effective handling. The building is not well maintained, especially the mens washroom looks terrible.

Take away is fast. The food options are quite good. The quality of foods are also great and good value. Their pastries and cakes are quite well made. However if you are dining In, expect a little delay in service later in the evening as the restaurant gets really busy.

I regret going to this place. The level of hygiene was so poor that two boys from their staff had to pinch with their fingers the food I ordered to see if it was warm enough! Disgusting!! There was no manager to complain about this either. I have no idea where they get these workers from. For the price they charge from customers I'm sure they can afford to recruit some decent people, at least not idiots who show the disgusting practices of their kitchen to the customer.

Food is not up to the standard.. Not quality for the price.. They have staff more than the crowd but still can't manage the crowd.. Cashier is not aware about the food that was available. Not recommend to a date as the place is too noisy.. Nice ambiance at day time..

Good food. Clean inner dining area. Hygienic facilities available for your convenience. Best place to have some snack with your family. Car parking space available. Located in the middle of Battaramulla town.

Good for a quick meal as they have a wide variety of items on menu. Short eats and salad bar also available. They have food items to serve whatever your requirement is.
The attitude of staff is somewhat questionable from my experience as most of the girls seem to have attitude problems. Smiles or polite service are traits seldom displayed by the staff at this branch which can be very annoying most of the time.
Basically to sum up, it is a very convenient (but somewhat expensive) place to eat but do not expect good customer service.response / report this review
