They have parking space and accept visa credit cards, but they charge the bank commission from client if you pay with credit card. Mirrors are bit expensive and takes quite a long time to deliver the goods

Yesterday I went to check on Tempered Glass prices for a shower cubicle. There were in a hurry to send me out as soon as possible and quoted me exorbitant rates just out of their head (with no calculation). I just needed a 8 x 5 glass which costs about 12K raw. Maximum with all the work I guess would be 50K but they quoted 120k Like for many of the sinahala business men its 'Customer නොදොකින්" and not Customer is the King.

I ordered sets of mirrors from then and paid in full. More than a month later I get a call saying the mirrors are ready- this whilst I was still waiting to see the frame sample. Horrible job of the frame and the dimensions were also incorrect. They'd cut the mirror glass to my dimensions and then added the frames (that I hadn't seen). Was too big to hang where was intended so I insisted they correct it as per my specification- now a month later they keep lying and passing responsibility on to individuals within the company than taking responsibility. I have still not received my mirrors despite having paid in full. No manager to speak to and the most unprofessional crooked service I have come across. I'm not sure I will ever receive these mirrors despite having paid close to 90k for them (oh their quotations are also suspect with no breakdown and different costs for the same order depending on who sent it) but this company shouldn't be allowed to be in business when working this way. Dishonest, poor work and no accountability and not a manager looking to help. I hope someone reads this and chooses not to use them!

Utterly appalling service received today. I will never shop there again. Having ordered, paid for and had confirmation that our mirror was ready for collection. They refused to hand over my order because my husband had ordered this our 3rd order and I didn't have the invoice. I had called my husband whilst at their shop for the order number. So they had the duplicate book in front of them. His took them over half an hour and a 350/- tuc tuc journey. I am not allowed our mirror. Total waste of my time and money. I'm still in shock as to how inflexible they were,
I wasn't allowed to speak to the manager. Astonishing that these guys are in business. This whole mess has proved extremely inconvenient as I was going to take it to our guesthouse on the East coast today so that we can finish our new guest room. Very very poor attitude. I was relatively happy with the previous 2 orders except for them not packing them with any protective wrapping., having explained that we had a long 7hr journey, not their problem, this is how they come. Not cheap, 2 mirrors with frames 38,000 +. I repeat I will NEVER NEVER shop there again. I was because we have more rooms on the way. And I was going to get shower cubicles etc also but will definately go elsewhere and will definately advise others to do likewise. Their loss in the end

One stop glass store for home requirements. From window glasses to mirrors to temper glasses. Price is bit high but quality is great.
