It was a fantastic experience The service from the welcome to the Good Bye was the BEST we received. The Villa was so well equipped specially the shower and the very comfy beds. The food was amazingly tasty and and the breakfast was so very good. The rice and curry for lunch was typical sri Lankan flavavours and tasted so very good. Compliments to the chef . The food service and room service was very good too Compliments the the GRO and Duty Manager and the F & B Mananger. This is by three hoteliers

Bit confused by the poor reviews, the hotel is outstanding. The staff will look after your every need. The rooms are very well appointed, with extremely comfortable beds.The hotel is in wildlife, with monkeys playing in the grounds and peacocks strolling around. The staff suggested many things for us to do. The food was excellent, our tip would be to just tell them to cook Sri Lankan food, don't even consult the menu! Really excellent. Highly recommended.

Great place with awsome friendly staff. Foods also tasty. Various foods can order. Super service. Can see segiriya rock. Nice pool. Rooms are superb. very clean. Large space. Rooms have nice theme. Friendly management staff. Nice expirience. Littlebit far from main road. Exiting dessert options. Overall a nice place have a grate time.

The shittiest manager ever seen, name called Alex. very unfriendly and he doesn't even know how to treat a guest and talk in a proper way. the hotel looks damn good but service and the management is the worst.

Was there for 3 nights and quiet place, people who working there best for the guest, but management was too weak handle outside people..don't know what was the negative point. I won't go there any more..have big space for garden

I was on my honeymoon with my wife end of last June and the experience was amazing. From staff to the management everyone was very helpful and they treated us so good. And the food was sooooo nice and their potions are huge for the price that was too good. The atmosphere of the hotel was soooo lovely. The standard of the rooms is sooo luxurious with all the facilities. They even have a privet jacuzzi to relax and have a great time. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who want to have nice relaxed time and to be treated like kings and queens

The road outside the hotel is a bit bumpy, but it's definitely worthwhile for the spacious and luxurious room and the enthusiastic service of the staff. All premises are built on artificial water, and give you a romantic atmosphere (It will be better when the lilies bloom) It's an memorable experience to stay there, quite serene and close to the nature. I appreciate the hospitality of the managing personnel and the food. Hope the landscaping can be finished soon to make it even more lovable hotel.

The hotel is new and very comfortable Water for shower is stably hot, air-conditioning is superbly cool, and, there is free wifi in all rooms!
The pool is beautiful with a waterfall backdrop. The scenery of the open-air restaurant is fantastic, with the view of the famous Sigiriya Rock.
The proprietor and all the serving staff were very friendly and kind, with great professional service. Moreover, the international cuisine the chef made especially for us was memorably tasty.
Wasula the managing director spent much time bringing us to the best view of the Rock, and to feed the wild elephants nearby. He is so nice and generous, just like a friend in the family.
We stayed in many different hotels in Sri Lanka, this hotel particularly gave us a warm feeling like home. I believe I will come agian next year and the hotel will be even better.response / report this review -

We slept just one night in this "5 stars hotel". We had no internet working, even no hot water in the shower.. even the bed sheets were not ironed and the photos from hotel site it's just fake.. just terrible!!!
