Today 2017.12.24 around 7.30 i went to sampath panadura branch to reset my transaction password.so i had to fill a document which given by the customer support agent.but i was unable to Provide my correct signature since i didnt use it after long time.ok that was my bad that i cant provide my correct signature and verify myself.but problem was they have already reseted my password.even they cant verify me with my signature they have reseted my both passwords.now i cant use my login password to access my sampath account.my problem was with my transaction password .i had access to my account.now i dont have access to both.they said that i have to go my account created branch which is close till the tuesday to reset my signature.i meed tocdo a urgent payment for my class which is adding a due fee to my payment after the monday.so i asked him if you cant verify me as myself why you did reset my password for anonymous request and spoke to his supervisor but they said even for a verbal request they can reset a password for some security reasons. If someone ask to reset your password from the bank they will reset your passwords as well for the verbal request.thats how they treat me for my urgent need.who think im satisfied with the service .i went there to reset my transaction password but the support i got is i loose access to my own account.what do you think did they help me with my need.feeling really bad about your service panadura sampath branch!thank you

Open 12 hours a day (8-8), 365 days a year. Has parking on both front and side. Theres usually a queue for the cash deposit machine. 12-1 is a good time for a visit.
