  Harshani perera.she don't know even how to talk with customers..Her behavior is not good as a beautician.I don't know why are the owners keeping mads like her.today i went there with my girl friend.harshani behaved in bad wayshe did nothing.. but pradeep is a very helpful person and also he knows how to work..give her some training about customer service..otherwise it may be not good for neo's future.. tnx.

  I have been a regular customer at this place more than a Decade.
  
  Looks like their service is deteriorating when other salons are improving their service.
  The owners must need to improve or otherwise they will lose the business.
  Overall service is good but it need improvements
