  Worst service ever experienced with Thimbirigasyaya showroom.
  Delivery not on time. lied for many days.
  Disappointed.
  Irresponsible manager and staff. Waste of time and money. Didn't care about their service and customers after taking money.

  Very poor very foolish company ever. Very bad customer support. For monthly payment they are coming to house by house. ( no delay payment also) Very poor. Don't deal with companies like this. Specially this is to Kaduwela Branch and whole Company too.

  Parking is always a problem in this neighborhood on weekdays. Office has large TV in reception area. Shows cricket matches when Sri Lanka is playing.

  Was sold system saying all parts included.. when tried to put mixer together found the juicer was missing.. went to the showroom and was told parts are sold separate.. and they don't have the parts we need... very disappointed... if buying anything from them, make sure to open and check what is included.

  After Singer failed to deliver what we ordered, Horana Sisil came and fixed two Indian-made Hitachi AC's to our office. No warranty cards are given at all.
  We found that the remotes are not working. After hundreds of non-answered calls and a complaint, they changed a part, but could not fix. Then again they brought a wrong spare part and again went back to bring another part.
  Technicians do not know how to fix it. Service managers dealing with Horana, do not answer the phones. Nobody has come to fix the issue. Unbelievably horrible experience. Now just made the third complaint and still waiting.

  Dissapointing... Irresponsible manager and staff. Waste of time and money.Delivery not on time. Repeatedly lied. Didn't care about their service and customers after taking money.

  Sold Huawei P8 Lite with the battery drain issue... Although the head office knew this issue non of the branches were informed about this issue, when you go to these branches to tell about the issue of the phone they make stupid excuses saying Android phones are like this and that. Had to go to the head office to get the right software update. Very poor service overall...

  my review beacsue of there bad behaviors .. i brought a cooler October 2016 .. since now i have return this item in 4 times because of a technical issue .. brand name is symphony .. as well singer branch ragama is sucks ,.. They dont know how to fix this ... :\

  My review is on their web site. If you purchase something off it there is no guarantee that they deliver it. You have to keep calling them a lot of times to make it happen.
  
  The web site does not list the actual state of their inventory. When you make a purchase the delivery is instructed to your closest showroom. However if the goods are not there in that location, they simply ignore your order. Please note that this is after they have billed you.
  
  Then if you call the showroom they hangup the phone as soon as you tell them the order number or the item you ordered.
  
  There is usually nobody to pick up the phone at the general line for web orders.
  
  This is not the company we used to know anymore.
  
  Stay away from their web site. Use it to browse for goods, but never for purchase.
