a great place for a good rest. very sympathetic owner. ocean in walking distance. two days here will not be enough. highly recommend this place!

Nice house with fully equipped kitchen between lagoon and ocean. The garden goes straight to the lagoon where you can swim. 2 bicycles available with the house. Very quite and relaxing area. Blain is an excellent host and very helpful.

Really great place to stay.. awesome view from the back garden facing the lagoon and also the sunset.. few minutes walk to the great beach in Batticaloa for the sunrise.. Loved our stay at Rural Lanka ✌🏼

This is one of the most cheapest accommodation with more facilities and awesome view. This is a simple favorable house which contains two bedrooms a kitchen and living hall. There is amazing view by river, trees and bridge. We can make bbq at river site with Kallady bridge view. We can enjoy with many variety of things. We can catch or buy fresh fish and prawns at this place. There are many things to do which are boating swimming drinking cycling and relaxing. There are very kind full guiders in this rural lanka who can help to all our activities as expert guiders. We can go out for bike riding and forest camping. Those guiders are very train full persons. If we need sea view we can reached just walk within five minutes.

Simple place in an amazing location. Reasonable prices. They do great tours around the east coast as well. Definitely recommend if you want to explore the rural east coast
