This place is the best in Batticaloa! The setting of the resort right on the lagoon is so peaceful. The rooms were very clean. The staff is the best part. They are all so friendly and amazing at making your stay comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful grounds surround this hotel. Rooms are spread throughout and there are many trees and plants, providing shade and lots of places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is very nice too and refreshing. Some rooms a little worn down , but clean.

The staff goes above and beyond their duty to serve well! The resort is truly an oasis, it's quiet and peaceful. Right on the water, fully equipped with a pool! The service is excellent and everything remains clean and tidy. Couldn't have stayed at a better place in batti. Their food is very yummy as well!

Quiet decent setup. One of the best made scrambled eggs I ever had (BTW I am an ex chef) nice views, decent service. Unfortunately WiFi was weak and there was no cleaning done for 3 nights we stayed.

Its wise to start this way - The place was AWESOME.
Located just near the Kallady bridge, the view was amazing. The place is crowded with trees and the breeze from the lagoon towards the resort was really chilling. We did not feel any heat and not at all tired.
We stayed at the family cottage. Unlike in the photos, it was a small place but spacious enough to accommodate 5 people. 6 is too much. It had only one bathroom. So that was the only downside.
The food is a whole new world there. We tried their Crab dish made in Baticaloa style. It was amazing and truly out of the world. It had a decent texture of coconut cream, with spices to their native taste. Never tasted crab that good. The other new dish that i tried was milk hoppers. Its not common so its a dish i would recommend. We did not go out to try any food, simply not wanting to risk spoiling our taste buds.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The budget is really worth it. You wont think twice to visit the place again. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

A nice place to enjoy a lagoon view. The rooms are separately located and that make 100 % privacy for the visitors. The Bridge is the most interesting view to the hotel. The night views are extremely beautiful.

You have a private pool, which allows you to enjoy the lagoon view while have a nice bath

A resort with natural environment. People who have interest in nature, trees🌲, lagoon, sunshine will definitely love it. They have a bar and restaurant. Food is very tasty but they take some time to prepare. You have to be patient to eat tasty food. Have a swimming pool and cottages. Lovely place.

Good in ambience. Good food. Bit expensive. Good for both family dining and cocktail loving.
But the management is highly favoring residents than outside diners. So you might not get best hospitality if you are and out sider. They have a good swimming pool surrounded by nature. Ideal for a late evening swimming .

A large, sprawling resort adjacent to one of the lagoons of Batticaloa. I didn't stay here but hired kayaks for a few hours and the staff involved were very helpful. The hotel offers loads of activities and trips and also has a swimming pool and restaurant.

Positive: Very nice environment. Green trees, River view, Nice swimming pool, Good quality food, Friendly staff.

Negative : Once you order the food, you have to wait for very long time (Average 01:30)

Location is good. Foods are expensive . The licened national guides and chauffeurs also chargable very high. A cup of tea with milk cost Rs. 111.29 .

It took close to an hour to prepare the food on a day where there were less than 15 including me at the restaurant. The food was very bad. Ordered grilled Cuttlefish. But it was not grilled and felt raw. After I complained the waiter took it to the kitchen and brought it back it was still the same.

Location is good. Restaurant was ok but requires a good overhaul. Weird swimming pool situation and pricing structure. Rooms are clean and ok. Prices have risen a lot. Service has declined
