Very good Sri Lankan menu food. Reasonably priced. There are many outbound activities arranged by the hotel in and around the area including water based activities.

Visited the roadside cafe for breakfast. Basic fare, but does the job if you need a quick and cheap meal. They had a buffet of sorts. The continental fare just consisted of bread and jam.

Nice quite place along the main road of badulla colombo . even the Ala carte menu available most of time buffet is served . Buffet is 450 lkr all taxes service charges included which is quite reasonable . it include 3 courses . A soup for starter main course usually fried rice ,white rice , red rice with 5 curries plus chicken curry . And a dessert of course .place has great views .wheelchair accessible and can accomodate 50 people inside . Toilets are clean and well maintained

This is a good place to have lunch in this area. Even though you can't expect lots of options for the buffet, it's actually worth for the price.
Staff is friendly. Parking is available.

This as well as the 24hr. open shop cum snack bar opposite used to be our only and favourite stop over Half way precisely between famous Arugam Bay and Colombia airport. Nice views. Good good. And a bar. At the 160km milestone. Perfect setting in the cool mountains. It's down into the heat in both directions.
Due to the A2 upgrade. And the Southern Highway as well as the now open dam at Uda Wollopbee most now avoid this scenic mountain crossing. On their way to AbaY
