In the process of replacing my burnt power supply which I had bought from them earlier. Place is a bit snobby. Passionate about computers. Recommended FSP Plus power supply . didn't know people judged each other on what graphics card they own. Sabreen Reffai was particularly judgmental but did end up giving me a sweet discount. I am having a bit of trouble routing power to my old graphics card . Shall amend my review on the post sale dealing of that issue.

Well first of all Red line Tech sucks and they are very unprofessional . Bought a MSI laptop and an year ago its motherboard got blown . It took them 2 months to find the fault as the laptop had been sent to China 'twice' to faul-find and finally their explaination is corrosion due to the proximity to sea. Well hello you guys are marketing a product in an island. Disgraceful and unprofessional . My previous laptop in the same environment lasted 3 years without fault therefore it's evident Red Line lies to us and sells sub-standard products.
When you know a customer's laptop will be taken in for such a long period you should at least have a service to provide with a replacement .but here nothing not even an update despite askingbthem so.many yimes over and over again.And they expect me to believe the product has been shipped to China 'twice' only to find the entire motherboard corroded. That's absurd. The warranty doesn't cover cottosion damage to the motherboard. To me its a convenient excuse that they gave me (or so many other unfortunate customers ). So guys please avoid this place as they may not be what they used to be. They have no credibility nor good aftersales side of things

Good service till your product warranty period is over. But after, they even don't care about it. From the beginning what they said was life time service warranty. When the product's global warranty is over, the service warranty will apply only for the cleaning purposes not for the repairs.

I bought a 32" ViewSonic display from Redline the other day, and the guys couldn't have been more helpful.

When the monitor was available for pre-orders, I asked them if they could have a unit out on display so I could drop by and do a test run by plugging in my laptop (I was worried about the colors.) They arranged this without hesitation.

I was quite happy with the monitor when I checked it out. I bought it immediately and the guys even helped me carry it downstairs to my Uber. I'm using the monitor at home on a daily basis now and I'm quite happy with it.

Kudos, guys! Hope to visit again soon.

I lost my original bill and they were generous enough to issue me a copy of it since I wanted to claim warranty for my malfunctioned motherboard. Hassle free warranty claims. You can buy a computer from anywhere, but if you want to buy a computer built SPECIALLY FOR YOU, which will perform according to your needs, this is the place. They have the knowledge and they will help you. I had to visit the place several times to assemble my PC as most of the time they are out of stock. But they always have a backup plan for you.
