  This is a showroom for Furniture. It has so many various designs of furniture. Also it has very luxurious and unique designs too. But because of the poor customer service, you will face so many difficulties while shopping. There is very few staff and they were not been trained much. So there are so many issues about customer service. Once you ordered something it takes one or two weeks to deliver and they have so many excuses for the cause. You will get the worst customer service from this place. But other things are plus points. There is an Apple Store by Abans there. But I spoke about the furniture store which is located 3 stores away from that.

  (Caution: Long Review)
  I’m really disappointed with their after sales service. I bought an Apple iPhone 7 plus around 10 months ago.The price tag was hefty (nearly 170,00 LKR),but I thought it was worth it since it was in Sri Lanka, and I could contact them if I encountered any problem.It worked well for around 1week, then it started lagging, screen started to brick on and off, and the microphone was absolutely terrible. These were problems I never had in my past Apple devices. I had to return the item after formatting it, and it took nearly 2 weeks to get another one “from Singapore , because it was probably a manufacturing defect.” After 1 month of having the new Phone, It too had many issue, such as lagging, having glitches while running the message and phone app, and also getting bricked. Getting problems twice with such a reliable brand such as Apple is not a good sign, and I think the goods imported at this place “might” have been imported with major or minor defects. I advise you to get it from another country, or from Futureworld, which is also an Authorised Apple Reseller and Service Provider. I’m really disappointed with abans, with the kind of quality and service they provide for an OVERPRICED APPLE PHONE.
  (BTW, it is seriously not a good idea to get the iPhone X at this place, thinking about the price tag, quality and service)
