Food is awesome only if you select the right matchup.
Tasty fish and chicken dishes.
Staff is friendly and get their support when selecting menu. They always give excess food in their portion!
One large portion is exactly enough for three average eating people.
Simply tasty food for affordable price.

A nice place for a quick bite or more popular as a take away outlet. Conveniently located with parking. Specializing in Chinese Cuisine, Red Balloon's menu has a good variety of dishes. Order from the menu or if you're in a hurry, pick from the set menu available for lunch and dinner. Friendly staff and the food is tasty and clean. Reasonably priced too.

Very unsatisfied Service. We ordered 2 full of chicken fried rice. we could barley found some piece of chicken. That's okey even if those cooked well other than it's half cooked. Place also not much clean. This place even not deserved one star rating.

This is an outlet of a Chinese restaurant chain. You can dine in at this location. They have few tables. Mostly people do takeouts. This place has a wash basin to wash your hands. I did not see any wash room.

Good Food, but terrible service from the staff at the front desk in Kottawa who do not care about you or your order. Delivery is awful as I had to cancel after waiting for one hour just to be told that the delivery guy had missed to pick the order from the counter. Better to look at restaffing if needed to survive in the long term.

Great place to have a Family meal. Tried several other food places around Kottawa but could not match their great taste. I am a customer with them for the past 24 years from the time they were in Maharagama. But for our convenience we have chosen their Kottawa outlet now since we are in Rukmalgama. Also since they do home delivery it's much easier now. No need to give directions to reach our home since directions are recorded with them in a book. So the delivery person proceed straight to the given location. Much convenient.

Reasonably good food at a reasonable price point. Plenty of parking space for a place beside the High-Level road. You can find in but not the best ambiance for a family night out. Not too bad for a quick bite out with a couple of mates. Variety of dishes, although not authentic, taste good most of the time. They do home deliveries and you can place orders over the phone. Usually a wait is there if you order at the place.

Average Chinese food for reasonable price.
Dine-in, take-away and delivery all types available. We have been there for dine-in only. Worth what you pay. Waiting time is quite long during busy hours, specially evenings. Felt like they are using much artificial flavors, like MSG for food.
