Terrible service. Disorganized. No clear communication and instructions to the people visiting their counters. Colossal waste of time despite having proper documentation.

All the school syllabus books can be purchased from here. The shop closes at 3.30 pm and generally nothing happens after 3.30 pm.

Posting of official transcripts of Educational Certificates to abroad have been MESSED UP BY THEM which has resulted half of it receiving late.

Plus very slow of proper responding.

One day service for obtaining O/L and A/L certificates seems very efficient than what you expect from ordinary government department. Its well organized, if you have relavent documents and exam number you can get result sheet with in 1 hour. They have photocopy centre and canteen if you needed any.

Accuracy and Customer service is not pretty much enough. Doesn't answer the call properly and at the same time hangs the call in between when talking 😑

One day service is very important for the very urgent purpose. Normally take a one hour to one and half hours for the service.

174(Borella-kottawa) is the correct bus route. 171(pelawatta-fort) can not be used. Because it terminates at palan thuna junction.
