Good place for pilgrims. They can get accomodation here for a reasonable price. Non AC rooms are not very comfortable but AC rooms are okay. Facilities are in a average level. Small distance for the Ruwanweli seya and Sri Maha bodhiya.Parking available

Excelent place to stay at Anuradhapure for a affordable price. AC room for 6 was just RS 5600/- . Everything was clean including the bathroom. Though you cannot expect the quality of a star hotel it serves your requirements. A great location with short distance to all the attarctions and main city of Anuradhapure.

The place has a newly built AC rooms behind the original old building. I booked an AC room everything was nice. But have to say, I had a little peek at non AC rooms. They were totally bad. Little rooms, non comfortable beds, etc. AC rooms are quite good except the bathroom was little smelly. Staff member came with me didnt know if theres wifi or not but fortunately I found the Wifi password written near the staircase.
Theres a car park which is quite big. And a nice canteen where u can buy meals and stuff. Canteen lady was nice and helpful. Food was also good and cheap. Most importantly warm.

Overall It was a good stay. But I can't recommend a non AC room.

It's a state of art hospitality given upon the each requirement of each individual. I'll recommend this place for everybody to have nice leisure time and rest during your pilgrimage coz it's can fulfill each and every taste which you are expecting.

Ac or non ac you can have a reasonable comfort to good price. Price is lower than the surrounding inns but safety and other facilities are good.recommend to everybody no mater who you are. Additionally you can cook here if you want. Group of pilgrims who visit Anuradhapura can have good comfort here.

Calm place and peaceful place to stay in Anuradhapura (A/C Rooms)
Close to Historical places
But
If you are going to stay take your bedsheets with you.
Staff is not friendly at all.
Other than that good place to stay :)

Clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Clean attached bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking space. This pilgrims' rest provides the best value when compared with all other budget hotels. WiFi internet access is available. Morning tea is provided, but they do not provide meals. However, meals can be be bought at the Ceybank Rest House with is located just next to Rathnamali Pilgrims Rest. Conveniently located in a quiet area of the city providing easy access to the current city centre and the ancient sacred city. There are multiple room options ranging from double rooms to rooms for six people. I'm not sure whether they have single rooms with air conditioning.

Excellent place to stay.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfy.
The staff is friendly and they will help you if you have any kind of problems.

This is a really good place if you want to spend the night.

Rooms of the new building are attractive and comfortable with AC.calm and quite .enough space was there.but there was no tasty meals to eat.

Basic lodging for minimal pay. We got air conditioned double and triple rooms for two nights. On rival there was ample parking. The reception asked for full payment on arrival. ones we payed we were shown to clean rooms but the triple room bath was in poor condition. There was not meals on offer so we had meals from Ceybank next door which was basic but very good the at "Mango Mango" which was superb. If you're a pilgrim looking for a place to stay the night this is it. if you're looking for relaxation and an occasional excursion to The ancient city this is not the place.

This is a good budget stay in Anuradhapura. The rooms are basic but clean and nice, you're in a good location with surrounding greenery. It's a pilgrims rest house so expect simplicity. The staff are friendly, you can rent bikes and go around the area which is really nice. You're a little bit outside the city which is nice, just use the bike to get in to have your meals. In October 2016 we paid 1100 for a double without AC; there are also AC doubles for I think 2600. So very good value.
