I'll keep this short, if you're gonna have a wedding here, DON'T!

One of the most disgusted service I have ever had to come across with. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Banqueting team behavior is so cheap than China. Shittiest crew I have ever seen.

The AC wasn't working properly. Felt like I've being baking in an oven. When I asked about it the answer was "sorry it's broken". I'm pretty sure there were over 250 people. Imagine that many people in a hall and there's nothing to keep the temperature down when the sun is up and doing what it always does! We were sweating like pigs.

It says a hotel by the name. But in reality it doesn't not tally even with the standards of a small tea shop. The staff was horrible by the behavior, and do not know what is true hospitality. They do not know how to treat their guests. This is based on my recent experience at one of my friends' wedding. From the beginning they failed to provide air conditioning to the reception. And when we inquired about it, they were not ready accept it's their fault. And I must say the waiters who were at the service do not know the basics of hospitality and customer care, or atleast how to behave as human beings in a society. The language was disgusting and they started an argument with one lady who was in the band, in a highly disrespectful manner. And the management should take the initiatives to avoid such circumstances. And the most of them were drunk!! which is not acceptable. I don't recommend this place to anyone. And please be aware before choosing such places for your dream day, that they can make it a nightmare. And my friends wedding function was totally ruined by them.

Worst ever wedding function experience.Attended to one of my friends function and the hotel management failed to provide adequate air conditioning to the hall from the start till the end.whole crowd was suffered and specially once made complain no body is there take the responsibility and waiters' language was disgusting.Really disappointed with the service. Cannot be recommended

Don't fall for the looks. This is the worst hotel i have ever been.The air condition was not working through the entire function. The staff service is very cheap. Some of them got drunk during the function and even shouted at ladies.
The service levels were appalling because some waiters were clearly drunk and got in to fights with the guests. The management were no better they were nowhere to be seen when things got out fo hand .

Nicely built banquet with many facility and there are two options to chose from apparently these I can be converted to one for large events. Also the back side has a reviver view.
