Restaurant staff need to be trained much. Far away from the standards. Foods quality should be improved to western or original foods country standards. Example bought a veritable salad was full of mayonnaise..

Great deal. Lovely place by the lake. Good food. Good service. Can get crowded due to weddings then service is a bit slow. So be prepared to wait.

The place is wonderful pool, river, boat ride all good. But the staff was very poor. Receptionist dont know how to communicate with good manner. And also the room boy no polite words from them.

Have a fried rice and it was the terrible gried rice i have ever had. I went for a wedding there and they did not served welcome drink even though it was included in the package.. they even did not serve us on our request for the welcome drink.. the service is very bad

However the location is very nice.. please do something to increase your service standards

This place is really nice place to visit with your family and friends. Nice view of the bolgoda lake and also nice garden available here. Plenty of space available here for indoor and outdoor activities and functions.. Good staff. Outdoor bar also available here.

Very nice place for any occations. We can celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and etc. This hotel is bordered to a river. So it gives very attractive look for this place. Very nice place for weddings. Companies monthly meetings also can held here. Hotel's sanitation is in a good condition.

Really nice place to visit. All the halls are good. It's a perfect place to have workshops or picnics. There's a beautiful view. The back garden looks gorgeous overlooking the lake. Food is excellent. Service is also okay. The pool also looks good. It would be a nice location for a photo shoot. Overall good place.

Good for a business and/or family get-to- gethers. Bit crowded during weekends but you can have your own private conversations without any disturbance. They allow guitars but not bongos. Food is not too pricey. Main course and Soups were good. HATED the watalappana and fruit salad though.

I went there with my family on 18th Aug 2017 and departed on 20th Aug 2017. I had a good time there and kids too . Echo Environment is very fascinating , lovely and gives good relaxation . Foods and beverages are excellent in contrast to lots of star class hotels . Furthermore we were offered with an excellent service . Boat ride was so chilling and swimming pool was so good , we as a whole enjoyed well . "Value for Money" , I think we were satisfied with all services and facilities.
Thanks to all staff members and the management as well.

Very good place for weddings and homecomings. Thery foods are really delicious. There is take away facility for foods. River view is so attractive. Management also very polite.

Visited the ladies washroom. It was terrible. 1 was not functioning and the other 3 were not flushed even. Don't know who used all 3 toilets. But whoever has used it has had a terrible bad stomach with loose motions. They have kept it without flushing. TERRIBLE.
