Sent a bed cover for dry cleaning and came back first time with almost nothing done and more than a week after the given date. However, Queen's Laundry agreed to redo it for free and had done a much better job the second time. Would have given 5 stars if not for the delays and having to redo it properly the second time, so there is room for improvement.

one of the worst services in kandy. Never try any service from here. Worst out of worst. They do not know anything in quality of laundry services.They just wasted one ofmy whote shirts by using number of bleeching chemicals and they bleeched the stuff. They also wasted my one of favorite authentic turkish " zara man " suite by the same mistake. Never trybyour valuble clothes here. Mahaweli Reach in kcc might be the best option.

The service they provide is well up to standards. They provide one day service as well as standard service. Limited parking slots are available at the property. But the space to park is very small. The customer care is gentle and attentive. Altogether a good place.
