They draw on your clothes with black permanent marker (not a joke).

After specifically telling me that my clothes would be ready at 5:45 sharp, I arrived on time. The guy running the place told me to take a seat - that my clothes were nearly ready. I waited for over 30 minutes in his shopthen got my marker'ed up clothes.

Not the best experience.

Because of the only laundry services they don't bother about customer service.True charges are reasonable but service is very poor.I have a great unpleasant experience today at Gatambe.Please train your staff how to speak to the customer.

First of all this service is overpriced, but decided to do it because you don't want to walk around with a big bag of dirty clothes. Later we realised that all of our white clothes were marked with a black permanent marker, now we have a black letter shining through the back of our shirts. You cannot call yourself a laundry service if you ruin clothes like this. Don't go here, check hotels if they have a service.

Simply the best Laundry in Kandy. Prices reasonable and the Management will go out of the way to cater to the needs of any customer. I have some very good personal experiences in this regard.

Overpriced and refused to wash underwear despite it being specifically on the price list. Took an age to write a detailed description of every item of clothing when dropping it off and still marked all the clothes to identify them. Wouldn't have minded if it was a small mark on the label like many places do but writing a big letter in permanent pen directly on the collar of all my tops is not on.
