  With fruit juice and smoothies.
  
  Take away options available.
  
  Cost effective and nice environment.
  
  Only problem is they have limited seats available.
  
  Sometimes it looks crowded.

  This is definitely the best ice-cream shop in Vavuniya for both value and taste. There are others better known nearby but for me this was the best value and definitely cheaper and tastier. The servings are not huge but I found them large enough for me.
