Just like any standard Dialog outlet
I would have given five stars but following issues are not addressed properly
1. Parking is inadequate
2. The store is too small and very congested
3. The air conditioning can be improved
4. Staff : I have been to so many Dialog outlets and. I generally don’t give bad reviews on staff if they aren’t really bad. Most of the staff behaved in a uncivilized unprofessional and a disheartening manner. The basic manners of greeting and addressing customers in appropriate way are lacking in few staff.
I think Dialog PLC should take action on this regard as Vavuniya is an important developing area.response / report this review -
