Nice place, but compared to rest of the Pizza Hut restaurants; not placed within the city limits, parking was not convenient and enough. Too long waiting time for food, may be due to short staff.

Pizza Hut Ratnapura in new location now [as of 30-Mar-2018]. Delicious Pizza, freshly prepared. Dine In Restaurant has an amazing view of the Kalu Ganga [River]. Quick and friendly staff. Pizza Hut delivering once again.. keep it up #pizzahut. If you are in a hurry, highly recommend to call up and order!

Pizza Hut Ratnapura- It in new place now. In past time ti is in Ratnapura town but now it is in Near the town. it is in ratnapua near by kalugaga one of the place in ratnapua ebilipitiya main road. It is very nice plce but now there are no enough free space and it is very hard to go there. But new place is very beautiful

A very small place compared to the previous location in ratnapura. not recommended for groups with more than 14 members since the dining area is really small. Parking is a bit trouble. The staff is friendly & food quality is great. Also it has a nice view.

Nice cozy place but there service is so poor and the food is no good too. They don't have hot chocolate and few other soft drinks they in there menu but when you ask them they don't have it.

It used to be the cleanest restaurant in Ratnapura town when they used to be in their previous location. We went to their new location recently and the experience was very poor. From service to cleanliness. They need to make some major improvements to go to their previous standards.
