We stayed one night. Room smelled wet and moldy. Other room smelled the same. Hardly could sleep.

Personnel tried their best and lighted a joss stick that suppressed the moldy smell temporarily, but after they burned down, the smell returned immediately.

Hotel and rooms look pretty tired and would need a general overhaul urgently. Some measures to reduce humidity in rooms need to be taken, especially as they are equipped with upholstery that soaked up the moisture and the moldy smell.

Rooms smell unfortunately moldy and wet. AC needs to be overhauled or other measures to lower humidity in rooms. However, personnel tried their best and is friendly.

Breakfast was ordered in advance and it was tasty. Well presented. Restaurent staff were friendly and helpful.

We used the conference facility for a workshop for women. Conference room is on the 3rd floor and need to use 4 sets of very steep stairs to get there and once you are in you do not want to come out. Not reccommended for middle aged or old people.

Conference room has 3 toilets and two are dedicated for men and one for women. Since we had over 80 women in the conference room we wanted to pay and get a room to use the bathroom, manager refused to give a room. We wasted lot of time waiting for one washroom but management failed to understand our requirement. We had to deliver the programme within a short period of time. This place is not reccommended for meetings and workshops as the management was NOT flexible what so ever.
