Sometimes there is a delay in serving food. And they may lie about it saying they couldn't find your table etc. They should come clean about the delay and apologize for it. Serving a complimentary garlic bread is fine but I would like them to be honest about it. Other than that. Everything is good. Oh parking can be a little headache.

Have to go to the main cashier to place the order by our selves.Never have seen a Pizza Hut like this.Parking space is only for two vehicles.less spacious inside.easily crowded.No one is there to assist when reversing to the Colombo Negambo main road.so disappointed.
