Wattala brach has a new manager Mr.Lasantha, man who is really genuine and who really thinks about the company's customers. Years ago I gave only a single star because the management of the wattala branch was really dissapointing, but I changed the rating to 5 stars considering the work of this person. Please appoint these kind of people to all the branches.

I had to wait over more than month for them to send a confirmation letter to my insurance, i called them time to time to remind all that but they didn't even care, Very sad and disappointed.
