Terrible experience. Waited 1 hour because driver is lost. How can you be in the transport business if you don’t even know your own hood and you don’t have google maps

We used WhatsApp to book the Taxi. They were very responsive and provided us with instant quote for our trip. The VAN was clean and very new, it had excellent air conditioning and we were provided with water bottles. Also, the driver was very polite and professional. I highly recommend it
