Very bad place , customer support service teases patients instead of helping them. Shouldn't trained people be given jobs? Despite trying to get their phone calls and information, their behavior is unpleasant. The service of the doctors here is excellent but I urge no one else to go to this place. Do all members of the customer support service behave in this way? Do patients feel uncomfortable? Those responsible should take the necessary steps for this. Written on the basis of experience gained from customer support service employees on 30/11/2021 at 6.30pm.

Please don’t visit this place if you ever care about your time and your experience. I feel pity about all these people sitting here for more than 3 hours!! I asked around from the people sitting here if today is an exception but they say it is normal. The Channelling center ask the patients to come 3 hours early and wait till their turn comes. Do mind that this is a private Channelling center and they charge somewhat similar to what is being charged in the private hospitals in Colombo. Most of these patients are pregnant women. This is my last time visiting this place but if we could do any justice to these people, I’m happy to help!

Experienced consultants but I never wanted to visit this place ever & Not Recommended. Don’t know who gave the permission for this channeling center .The Worst channeling center ever experienced. Not enough seating or space for patients. Staff acts like stupid when we questioning them, unskilled and also staff on video call / call on their shift. Had a terrible customer service. I have got an appointment for channeling but when I visited my token was changed from 15 to 26.
I would like to request from management please do the needful to maintain your reputation. If not your business will go down after opening of “Central Hospital” in front of General Hospital.

Very poor customer service. I called them to get an appointment for channeling Neurologist. But they didn’t gave proper information. Really disappointed. When I asked information they talking with each other & laughing. What a bad behavior when someone asking questions from them.I would like to request from management please ask your staff to maintain standards. This is not good for your reputation. I never want to visit this place & never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst channeling center ever experienced. They do not call when the doctor is late.Had to wait 5 hours for the turn. Two patients for one number as A & B. Thats mean if number is 30, actually it is 60 or 61. And there were 3 patients for same number. No parking space. Worst management ..

Just a typical channeling center. No enough seatings even for patients. Usually, doctors aren't come at the correct moment. They are always delaying. Staff members aren't friendly. No parking space.
