Super slow service

The lady who is sitting in savings section ( 25 counter ,with short hair ,without spectacle,straight hair ) is busy with her personal stuff like gossips and she dosen't care about the customers , and she is giving faveration to some people and talking gossips with them, though i excuse 3 times she didn't even look at me,her attitude & customer service is really poor

There was a lady with a lady at the extreme right with spectacles who had no ethics. We were inquiring about account closing but she was busy on the mobile phone for 15 minutes. People like this shouldn't be employed at the first place. The worst experience ever costing any bank

Friendly service, and still running little less staff with the customer base visiting this branch. I couldn't find a ATM, seems they don't have a one inside KCC.

Main People's Bank In Kandy. Usually this branch is crowded. No parking available, you can park your vehicle in KCC car park. open on Saturday, but some facilities like opening new accounts are not available.
