Lovely place with the villu in front. Really beautiful with the breeze from villu and the moon light. Had a bear visitor just near the wall on my second day. Very close to where I slept.

Probably the best Wild Life dept run bungalow inside the wilapttu National park . It has basic facilities, only small solar lights 6-9pm, a cook who will prepare your meals ( provisions need to be taken). two rooms and additional dorm style sleeping outside in the hall verandah area. It overlooks the Panikka-villu tank and the scenery is beautiful. Enjoy it for the ambiance more than the facilities.

Perfect location inside Wilpattu National Park. Close to places with animal sightings. Can accommodate around 12 people.
