  Hidden beauty place. It has marvellous spring. But authorities should give priority for develop and famous to this place.

  Access road is difficult. Not maintained well and no direction boards. Museum here is closed. Can see some old fence. The famous fountain has inundated by a stream nearby and cannot be identified easily.

  Down Sri Sandagala temple-Botiyawewa The great lord Buddha statue of world by one tree.
  There  are many lord Buddha statue which is made of cement .although  some statue have been made of wood  these are not largest .but we speak about highest timber  lord Buddha statue of the world.  It is high 32feet and width 7 feet.This statue  is sri sadagala viharaya  of botiyawewa –jandura of panamura of embilipitiya  (in embilipitiya- kolonna road  from  jandura bogaha junction  only about 2 km).

  The said elephant kraal is just a big fence. The building is closed to visitors. The natural stream behind the place is of interest. Also one can see the citronella distillery on the way

  This was the last Elephant Kraal in Sri Lanka where wild Elephants who visited the adjoining water fountain were captured and held to be auctioned off. This place is tied with a wonderful back story of the legendary Panamure Elephant who heroically fought it's captors and laid its life to save the herd. There isn't much to see at this location anymore apart from the remains of the stockade and the water stream. There is a museum being built, but it was still under construction as of December 2016.
