No STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THIS KIND OF OFFICE.
Today i went for renewal my vehicle insurance. they offered me very poor customer service. the processing time was only 5 min but I had to wait for 45 min to get service. All the officers in front tables were sit and pass the ball to next table
Finally i wanted to complain to the MANAGER regarding this matter..But He was not in the office also..
I felt as feeling I went to GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL. Some time it is better than this. Because I should not pay for Government Hospital.
THE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN THIS OFFICE IS ZZZEEEERROOO..
THERE IS NO WAY TO GIVE CUSTOMERS FEED BACK..AT LEAST NO CUSTOMER COMPLAIN BOOK WAS SHOWN THERE.response / report this review -

Not happy with their service. Staff looks like typical Sri Lankan government servants. Doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Last week I rushed in to there later hours of the day to get a vehicle insurance of just bought vehicle. There service was not satisfied me as they gave an impression of leaving on time is more important than serving me.

had to wait for an hour just to start getting my travel insurance because the person who do that has went to the bank. no one in other counters were willing to do it eventhough they are well aware and has the authority to do so. makes the whole company reputation go down. and had the audacity to ask me come back on another day to collect the policy details because apparently they are unwilling to print 40 pages at that time.
