Great place in a bust area with stunning river view.

Food is not great but good

Super for a banquet. Of you are planning a function for 200_ 300 pax this would be ideal.

Staff is friendly and professional.

I went there with my Japanese professor. The reception was terrible person like drunk man. One of the buildings(near to the main gate) of this hotel is like recline. But other is OK. I don't recommend for foreigners.

I was most impressed by this spacious and clean hotel with polite, welcoming and helpful staff. "Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Great hospitality, staff was always ready to answer your needs. Breakfast is delicious and location is very good! We stayed at two different times

Need to double check the bill before you pay. When I went there with my friend we ordered a chicken sweet corn soup and they had charged Rs.690 for Rs.300 soup. When we informed that to the cashier he was refuse to accept that and then we talked to our waiter and got it resolved but then he charged Rs.460 for a soup. We didn't have time to argue with them so we came out but in the menu soup price is Rs.300. If they added 28% tax it would be maximum Rs.384/- not Rs.460/-

I had my home coming ceremony at this place. from the start to the end i had great help from the hotel. they are renown caterers so the food quality is generally good. prices are affordable too. so i would highly recommend this place for catering and hosting functions.

A budget hotel situated in Rajagiriya, with easy access from Nawala-Koswatta or Parliament road. Location was quite good, as next to Diyawanna Lake which makes calm. Banquet hall spacious enough for around 100-150 people. However, the food was not good at all. They had a huge collection, but only one or two were delicious.

Worst food experience ever. Deserts vanished even before half of guests finished their meal. Their were 3 or 4 type of rices to select which any of it doesn't worth paying and only few choices of curries for 3000 Rs plate.
Washrooms are the worst of ever. Any of the locks on the doors are not working and you have to hold the door until u finish your works.
Hall and tables are ok for me.the ceiling lightings also good for weddings and other party events.
I'm giving 3 stars because I'm not happy with the foods and washroom conditions.

We had the most unpleasant experience we could have from a customer service perspective. Banquette manager was so rude he had even raised voice at the bride. Few of our wedding gifts were stolen or misplaced we did not receive them to date. Soup was terrible too. I'm attaching few of table decor pics in case if you are interested.

Staff seems to be good. Wash room is not modernized. Their "river" is not that clean either. Its okay for a wedding reception. Food is not bad.

Located close to a lake with average facilities. Calm and friendly staff. Entrance to the hotel is not much pleasant. Conveniently located close to Rajagiriya town.
