The hotel is on the perfect location close to everything you need during holiday .
Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's on the beach and you can swimming or useing the swimming pool. Breakfast is fantastic rich offer and good price .response / report this review -

Cosy small hotel with nice staff. Big tasty breakfast. Hot water. Good location. It's great to sit and watch and listen to the ocean in the evening.

Fine place at beach of Hikkaduwa. Nice view from the pool. Breakfest is nice with big choice of meals. Staff is very pleasent, always ready to help and give you any information that you need.

We stayed in guesthouse in offseason, july-avg 2017. Rooms are clean and not so modern, but it is great location and staff is very kind. We had room cleaning everyday and that was important for us since we have been here with two kids. Breakfast is ok, maybe a bit higher price (1000 rupies per person) but if you don't want hotels breakfast there is supermarket really close. They don't serve any other meals but breakfast. Electricity is a challenge here, could happen that it goes off for several time during the day and night but it is a problem for all Hikkaduwa. If your electricity goes off your AC goes off also :). There is beautiful terrace wit small pool right on the beach and you can have great time there. 10 min walking to the right is Hikkaduwa's beach.

Affordable with spacious room, but damp all the time and not enough ventilation in the rooms. The facility could with some repairs, there were off the power outages during our stay. AC works and there is cleaning of room on the daily basis, towels and changed every day 👍. Breakfast buffer is nice and tasty and plentiful for 1000 LKR per person. (Off season 2017).

Very unprofessional management. Went there after making a booking over the phone an double checked on previous day. But when we went there staffs at the reception said that the rooms are all booked. Basically these guys ruined our whole day 😠😠😠😠
