  Location is closer to ancient places.You can stay without much disturbances. No much crowd here. The building is not renovated for a long time. Rooms were ok but not that new and clean. Pool is closed after 6 p.m. The room rates are bit high with the facilities available.

  The bathrooms were old and not very clean. Staff was not very friendly and very loud in the early Morning hours. Food was OK. Best thing was the pool.

  Mesmerising property with wonderful landscaping and greenery. It is a home away from home and is an ideal place for getaways and relaxation. Sena, a wonderful cook, is at your service and provides a variety of cuisine including a scrumptious palate of Sri Lankan dishes. Beautiful antique furniture and interiors. Perhaps a small renovation would help making this place even better than it already is without stealing it's uniqueness.

  I don't know how the others have highly rated this place. Below is my honest review.
  1. The room I got was not worth the money at all.
  2. Food is twice as expensive for its quality
  
  Two stars for the crew(very friendly). If it weren't them, no starts at all for the place.
