Shanaka was a great host. We had a mix-up at another hotel and ended up at his house on accident. We were lucky to stumble upon a kind and generous owner. Our hotel experiences have been very hit or miss in Sri Lanka, but this one was excellent. The welcoming tea, friendly conversations, views from hammock of Sigiriya Rock, the rice fields, and relaxing patio were great. The environment was nice to meet people, but you could also have your own area to retreat. The restaurant is so good. I had the best french toast ever for breakfast. It is a good price as well. For dinner, everything I had was absolutely delicious. Eat here, it is the best. It seems a little far off the main road, but it is 100 percent worth it. I didn’t want to leave this peaceful place and highly recommend it. Important stuff: clean rooms, hot water, wifi, and a/c all worked well.

One of the Perfect plece for our journey. Helpful owner and staff.very quick service for meals and also delicious. No any whitewash with menu book.we asked anything from the menu, they supply any time..woow.thanks for all nelu villa

A fantastic place with really friendly (and honest, for a change) hosts (father and sons) who'll help you with everything. The place is very new, so some things are still starting up, but the overall experience was great. Also the food is very good and we liked the view on lions rock. I'm definitely coming back here.
