  Staff and owner are unfriendly and the welcome was really awkward. Rooms are not clean, let alone the shared bathroom (since they don't have private bathrooms). Very bad price / quality ratio.

  Disgusting place, bed stunk like my old gym clothes, no clean bed sheets. Shower filthy. Breakfast was an egg a 2 slices of white bread. Complete joke

  Neem beach house is a very recommended place to stay! The owner and his nephew are extremely helpfull! They work hard and do their very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
  
  The rooms are tidy and the mosquito nets cover more than the bed which is quite nice. The fan works properly. The rooms are just a little noisy.
  
  Distance to the ocean is at most 200 m.
  
  Food they serve is amazing and fresh made.
  
  Truly enjoyed our stay and can nothing but recommend this place during a stay in Trincomalee.
