One and only private hospital in kiribathgoda area. Car parking for 30 vehicles. No cafeteria. Also they have 24 hour Nursing care unit. They have Lab but no online facilities only email. No proper maintenance and customer care. Not highly recommended for treatment

Usually not a crowded place.. enough parking space for their custermers. limited facilities . Lab reports are always late.

This place is not crowded a lot and there is enough parking space also. People can take most of the lab reports from the in-house lab and there was one exception where the samples had to be sent to another place. Doctors are available even overnight which make it valuable for non critical emergency situation also.

You can Chanel good set of specialists here. Useful for the people in the area. Though they advertise 24 hour opd service, doctors are not available during shift changes.
These type of things can be corrected if the in house management staff is look into these small issues.

Manager to support staff all are very friendly and caring. Its good that Nawaloka has opened branches spreading their service outside Colombo city. how ever clinic needs to have a elevator for the use of patients and also to make the service efficient.

Usually crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, some what friendly staff. Ample parking is there but not at all adequate during rush hours.

Because there's no clear system of ticketing. Me and my family waited for more than 2 hours after paying to our ticket as the queue in place was not according to the ticket numbers but for their personal preference
