** Not enough seats for the patients who come to channeling a doctor. Patients for Paediatrician and Chest Physician are waiting in a same room ( most of people cough and lot of small children and infants there). MAYBE A TRICK TO SPREAD DISEASES AND EARN MORE MONEY.

*Not enough parking.

**don’t park the vehicles roadside since there’s many robbers around there.

Good service. My mother-in-law was admitted in the 5th floor room, it was good but the only issue was the heat, outside it was cold but not inside.

At the hospital now after a surgery and I would say 95% staff is good. But Room that I got is disgusting. The AC is not working properly and it was so hot inside. I've turned on the FAN that makes a horrible noise which is really annoying and I couldn't sleep at all.

Stayed here for just two nights which was quite enough. Place is shabby, dirty, water marks on wall, far too much to mention. Nursing staff not trained properly & rude. Medical staff Drs, surgeons 100% no question they were the only thing positive about this hospital. Could not rest or sleep for people constantly entering the room, when I asked for analgesics all I was told 'we are busy'..night sister woke me following surgery by poking me in the arm, she left the room still holding her cup of tea drinking it while exiting, nursing staff unprofessional, one or two nurses were compassionate and kind. Account staff called me in the room to ask for card details, I said I would be down - she simply cut the call - rude.
Would I stay here again - very unlikely.

Obviously, facilities are lower than their main hospital in Colombo. I had to purchase a simple vaccination from outside pharmacy and bring to them to have the vaccination. It's not good for such a reputed brand. But staff were good and cleanliness was well maintained.

I had a bad experience on my visit. I was there for channeling a doctor with my mother. The impression from the 1st person was not good. The security guard at the entrance was asking why I came there. (I said, to buy some vegetables) No officials were at the entrance. My mother was with walking difficulty but they didn’t offer a wheelchair. When we asked the washrooms they just told it’s at the other side & didn’t bother. They are not concerned about the service & help. Not friendly & caring also. The channeling area is so congested. Nobody was there for inquiry. When we asked about the CT scan the staff were lack of knowledge to explain the same. The parking facility is also limited. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Lack of knowledge of employees, the reception guy was about to charge me double if i didnt ask from the manager. Also the nurses didnt know the dr is in tbe hospital or not yet arrived, information desk girl said thr are not too many patients in the queue. When i get the number and see it was full. So on.

Usually a crowded place. It has almost all the facilities including Xray lab,Emergency room,OPD and a dialysis center. Rooms for patients and other facilities are too small due to lack of space. Rooms are comfortable. The whole place is air conditioned. Doctors are nurses are qualified and professional but some minor staff workers work irresponsibly.

Please note that be sure to meet the head doctor for vaccination purposes. These maybe other doctors who might give you the wrong vaccine.

There are some parking spaces for motor cycles but it's hard to find a parking space for motor vehicles even beside the road. Facilities are in a very good quality compared with other medical treatment places in Negombo. Recommend this place for your treatments and medications.

Very poor experience of the staff allocated for taking blood samples.
I took my 1year old son for a blood test to the Negombo Nawaloka Hospital. They pricked him thrice blindly and failed to get any blood and the little one cried endlessly in pain and was exhausted.
No one was there who had experience on drawing blood from a baby.
Finally they gave up and refunded the fees.
Lady from another lab was able to draw blood from the 1st prick.

Thank you to all the staff at Nawaloka Hospital. I travelled 7 hours to get back to Colombo and was not dissappointed. Seen, blood test, results, diagnosis and prescription all within 2 hours with the lovely staff entertaining our 4 young children! Thank you to Dr Fawaza and team!
