  Recently upgraded Bus stand which facilitates many Bus routes. Both CTB and private Bus service statrs from here. Most of the time Express Busses (Hatton - Kandy) are not entering into the main bus stand. Can walk directly to Nawalapitiya railway station from the Bus stand through the Public market. There is an information centre within the Bus stand for your convenience.

  Buses ply to Kandy and Hatton regularly. But not in a proper time table to Colombo.

  Well organized Bus station. Both Private and Government buses are operated on the same schedule and covers a large number of destinations.Bus stand is clean and easy to find the bus for your journey in an efficient manner.
